RI STUDENT GAINS SUMMA CUM LAUDE IN MOROCCO
London, July 16 (ANTARA) - Indonesia's Arip Rahman has obtained a summa cum laude with honors after defending his thesis for three hours at the Auditorium of Ahmed Hijji faculty, Mohamed V University in Rabat, Morocco.
Arip who is also employed as a local staff at the Indonesian embassy in Rabat, successfully defended his thesis entitled "Syeikh Ahmad Deedat and his Attempt In Religious Argumentations" before a team of four consisting of chairman Prof. Dr. Mohamed Amin Al Ismaily, Promotor Prof. Dr. Jamal Al Sa?edy and two of his staff members Prof. Dr. Ahmad Al Boukily and Prof. Dr. Ahmad Al Zeyadi, Third Secretary of the Indonesian embassy Rahmat Azhari told Antara's London correspondent on Friday.
Rahmat Azhari said the session was also witnessed by Indonesian Ambassador to Morocco Tosari Widjaja and his wife Madame Mahsusoh Ujiati, and the community of scholars of Mohamed V University, Indonesian and Moroccan students.
